Once open, your gaze will take you across the large open plan spacious living area into the stunning fitted kitchen with its worktops in black granite making a warm contrast against the mahogany units.
Passing through the kitchen, this door will take you to the rear extension with its utility room, double bedroom and separate bathroom.
The gardens here are minimal with grassed areas to the sides of the property however there is plenty of shaded cover at the front of the building.
