I enjoyed my stay in Baan Kinaree and Baan Phailin. The service was excellent, the place was well maintained and clean, we partied the entire night with little complaints from the neighbors therefore I was extremely happy.
Only thing that was missing is a facility to contact the office via a telnet. Maybe a local phone connection in the villa will be handy.

Hello Paul,
My accommodation at Baan Kinaree was an excellent place to stay in Thailand.
I booked this villa on-line and told the team what my requirements via e-mail. We were greeted at the airport by the driver who took us to the villa. He had a large vehicle which managed to accommodate all our luggage.
The villa was in a secure compound and this was an excellent villa. We were greeted with by the villa representatives on arrival. They were all very helpful and courteous.
The villa was in an excellent state and the rooms were very clean and prepared to a high standard. The maids cleaned the house everyday and were reliable as we left valuables out which were not touched.
My only criticism was the lack of WIFI within the house. This was available outside the house near the pool area. Several attempts were made to fix the connectivity to within the house, but to no avail.
I would recommend this villa to others and I will come back here to hire a villa again. I would like to thank Paul for making our stay in Thailand an excellent holiday.
