Baan Kohia is an extraordinary luxury holiday home for the sophisticated traveller. This hillside villa is the dream property, cooled by smooth tropical breezes all day. Every room has extensive sea views as the house steps down the hillside. This expansive villa has over 450 square metres of living space and 300 square metres of terraces. There is truly nothing to compare with it on Koh Samui. The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Close to Chaweng Beach and three minutes from the Airport. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful.
The villa has five luxury bedrooms all air conditioned. The three bedrooms on the top level have large ensuite indoor/outdoor bathrooms and open onto a wide sea view terrace. The master bathroom has a terrazzo bathtub. A fourth bedroom on the next level is set across the courtyard from the main living area. This bedroom has a mezzanine library level and a detached bathroom. The fifth bedroom is down one more level. This bedroom, with its own private balcony, has an ensuite bathroom and is equipped with a small kitchen area.
The huge living room has 180-degree views and opens onto sandstone terraces and the fresh breezes with folding glass doors on three sides. The living area has a full audiovisual system with satellite TV, DVD and VCR player. Also in this area is one of two kitchens and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook top, oven dishwasher, two refrigerators, and an icemaker. It is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. The circular dining table seats eight.
Down a flight of sandstone steps one comes to the pool terrace with an infinity edge pool, a thatched roof pool sala, outdoor covered dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower and the second staff kitchen. There are numerous places to sit and soak up the sun, or read a book and enjoy a quiet drink in the shade.
All this is set in a lush tropical landscape enhanced with water features and traditional Thai statues and artworks. A garden full of palms and tropical flowers will surround you.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not received by the due date. The whole amount of the Villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking if rental is to commence within 30 days. |
