Hi Ian,
Sorry for the delay- we've put off reading any Thailand-related emails since we've been back at home...still too raw! But seriously, what an amazing place!
We all agreed that the short time we spent in Thong Nai Pan Noi was the highlight of the four week trip, made even better by the fact that Baan Napa was our base for the time we were there. We were genuinely overwhelmed by the sheer size and beauty of the house and its surrounds, the only regret was that we weren't able to spend more time there.
Thong Nai Pan Noi itself was lovely as well. It's rare to find a beach so picturesque, but that has yet to be bombarded by tourists. For us it was perfect.
Snake and Rain were really friendly and exceptionally helpful during our stay. It's a shame we weren't around at dinner time to sample Rain's cooking, but there's always next time! Although we didn't have a chance to make use of the in-house chef, we did eat at Jip Shop in Thong Nai Pan Noi...definitely an experience worth an 11 out of 10!
The property was even better than described on the website and we thank you for your prompt and informative help during the booking process.
Thanks again, we really did have an amazing time. Hopefully we will be back to visit again soon.
