Baan-Phailin in Jomtien - Pattaya, completed construction early in 2006 at Viewpoint and is situated on a quiet road on the East side of the development.
Gated and secure with off road parking these good size gardens are ideal for families with younger children in total safety whilst unattended. Four double bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area with marble floors, air conditioning and entertainment facilities gives a perfect option verses a hotel environment.
The external kitchen door opens to a tiled rear area with lawns to the rest of the gardens. The large communal pool 16 meters by eight meters with a 5 meter children's pool is also set in large gardens with seating, toilets and shower facilities just a short stroll away about three to four minute walk from your Villa.
A new Thai restaurant is close-by and opens at 0830 until the late hours serving Thai and European food. Perfect for families or single groups alike.

Bedrooms One, two and three have on-suite facilities, the cloakroom off the living area has a cold shower, toilet and wash hand-basin.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with granite and composite worktops, appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for eight persons. The washing machine is situated to the rear on the kitchen patio area. An ironing board and iron are provided.
Living area
The Villa which faces East offers cooler accommodation, modern furnishings and cream colour suite. Cable TV with DVD/CD player offers movie channels in English and cartoon channels for the children. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for six.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
The Villas come with daily maid service included in the price, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is available close-by at very reasonable prices.

| The property is ideally situated to explore Thailand's fascinating history, and with the fabulous climate and some of the best entertainment in the world, you will never be bored! Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. There are now over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property. Although the courses are of International standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy to carry your clubs, provide refreshments and sheild you from the sun. |

Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cove merchant costs will be applied. |
