Baan Suay is a 3 bedroom luxury gem hidden amongst lush tropical gardens with an elevated private swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols and outdoor dining and entertaining areas. Set only 10 meters from a stunning stretch of beach, this villa allows you the best of both worlds – privacy and freedom.
As you make your way along the path, surrounded by tropical foliage, you are lead to double front doors which open on to a fully fitted and stylish sunken kitchen. An island bench sits in the centre with stools on one side and all the modern fittings of a kitchen set for entertaining on the other. A simple step leads you directly into the interlinked dining and large modern living space, complete with Thai inspired art pieces which mesh seamlessly with contemporary and comfortable furniture. A 6-seater glass dining room table with stunning overhanging Thai-style lights makes dining effortless and pleasurable - and with a further two glass double doors that lead out on to lush gardens, the sand-washed patio surrounding the pool and a yet another 6-seater quality teak dining ensemble – dining inside or out becomes an absolute joy.
Not unlike the dining area, the large modern lounge with its immense glass windows also allows for views of your private nirvana outside. Simply draw the blinds and you are immersed in style and comfort on a plush 6 seater sofa set underneath a stunning wall of art with its gold and silver design. Comfort and convenience merge with a large flat screen TV and DVD/CD systems with full satellite choices for your entertainment. The villa also has free wireless internet available throughout for those who still need to keep in touch with the outside world while enjoying this piece of tropical paradise.
To the rear and the far right of the house you find the 3 stylishly appointed bedrooms – keeping the living areas separate from the bedrooms, giving guests the privacy you desire. The guest wing is set behind the sunken kitchen with a large double bed and it's very own lounge area for relaxing, not to mention double glass doors for private access. This wing has its own sleek bathroom equipped with a glass enclosed rain shower.
The second bedroom is accessed from the large lounge area and is perfect for friends or children who wish for their own space. Two single beds adorned with bright plush cushions and throws face large wardrobes and dresser space, and to the right are floor to ceiling glass windows giving this room a feeling of airiness and space. Complete with its own spacious en-suite, again with rain shower, this bedroom really is a place you can relax. The third bedroom with a large double bed is accessed from the dining area and is a visual spectacular of reds, gold and whites – giving it both a modern feel yet entwining itself in Thai culture with the use of hand-crafted lamps and stunning accessories. Again this room has its very own en-suite and rain shower head giving you the comfort you deserve.

| Baan Suay is situated in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped Southeastern coast, the estate has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, yet you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise. |
