  Dear Baan Sunshine team,

  On the whole, the villa was a very pleasant stay with a great view over the island.

  There are some minor issues: the water kettles in the kitchen are in extremely poor condition and cannot be used, one of the lights in the swimming pool is not working.

  The biggest problem was that twice during our trip, in the early hours of the morning, the water supply in the villa  stopped working. Nonetheless, this issue was quickly remedied by the staff.

  However, these tarnishes aside, we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

  Also, for future customers, perhaps it may be appreciated if the villa-staff took the initiative to offer pamphlets of information regarding activities on the island.

  We would not hesitate to recommend Baan Sunshine to anyone wishing to visit Koh Samui. Our son n his wife met us there and our and we travelled with our other two adult children and we had a wonderful family reunion. The villa had every imaginable appliance and commodity you could imagine. The infinity pool was magnificent and we spent a lot of time in it........drinks at sunset in the pool was the ultimate experience. The villa manager was available if we needed anything at all........he helped arrange a hire car for us and transport to and from the airport. It was heaps better than staying in a hotel.......far more intimate and it worked out cheaper for us. We loved it and will definitely stay again for another family holiday There is a fantastic restaraunt
