This wonderful vacation home called Coconut Sands - S5, is a well-tended and comfortably furnished holiday house on the beach villa resort Coconut Sands, located at Bang Por Beach on Koh Samui. The house is located amidst coconut trees and lush, blooming, tropical greenery. A few steps through the beautifully landscaped gardens, takes you to the beachside swimming pool, and to the resort`s sandy beaches and azure sea.
The holiday home Coconut Sands - S5, has two bedrooms with king-size beds and air-conditioning, and also a small bedroom with a single bed. In the master bedroom, there is an additional single bed. In total, the house offers ample room for 6 persons. The holiday home is well tended, and tastefully furnished and decorated. From the large, roofed-over terrace with ceiling fans, guests have a beautiful view into the palm-gardens, and out towards the sea.
The rooms are spacious and naturally lit, through the strategic placement of many large windows. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an additional small bedroom on the upper floor. The ground floor accommodates the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Pursuant to tropical lifestyle, the large, roofed terrace with sea views across the garden may well be the most popular place to spend your vacation days and evenings. The spacious master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the living room, are air conditioned. Ceiling fans, for those tropical hot days and evenings, are placed throughout the house, as well as on the terrace.
The house has cable-TV with international channels, CD-stereo, and a safe. The modern kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric range with triple burners, kitchen appliances, and a span of kitchenware. The swimming pool with crystal clear water, a small separated pool for children, and a whirlpool massage, is located in the middle of the resort, and close to the beach.
During any evening sunset, the sky on the horizon turns a grandiose play of colours, reflecting off of the sea into a picture-perfect, postcard scene. Numerous, small, idyllic restaurants in the near surroundings of the Coconut Sands Project, offer delicious meals, often served directly at the beach front. Shopping is available at neighbourhood grocery stores, 24-hours convenience shops, or large shopping centres in nearby Bophut and Nathon.
At night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table. | There are altogether only 10 houses in Coconut Sands. Almost all are built with precious wood and in the same style. They are unique on Koh Samui, due to their design and their beautiful location on Koh Samui. The 3,5 km long beach of Bang Por is unique on Koh Samui and, so far, free from mass tourism.
