All 7 Coconut Land & House beach projects feature Thai Style houses in beautifully kept lush gardens on the beach. Ban Tai beach is a quiet spot on the north shore of Samui, with a view to Koh Pha Ngan, the National Marine Park and the stunning sunsets.At Coconut Tropicana, the owners have also decided to limit the maximum number of Guests in the same time to enhance that feeling of rest and quietness.
* T1 is a Luxury Beach villa, directly on the beach with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a Sala, ideal for sunsets and reading times. The villa can cater for a maximum of 6 Guests.* T3 is also a Luxury villa with has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Maximum 6 Guests are allowed to stay in this villa.* T4 is a Luxury Grand villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. It features an outdoor and an indoor jacuzzi. The villa can cater for a maximum of 6 Guests.* T5 and T6 are Deluxe villas. T5 has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. T6 has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The villa can cater for a maximum of 4 Guests.
All of our villas are uniquely furnished and decorated by their owners, many of the villas have air conditioned bedrooms [please check for details], all have wooden flooring, large lounge, outside terraces and a fully equipped kitchen, so that self catering is made easy and convivial.
Additionally, we can arrange a private cook, daily housekeeping and even fridge stocking leaving you more free time to lounge on the beach, swim in the sea or the large swimming pool within the project.
The swimming pool also hosts a toddler area, ideal for families with young children. For those who like it hot, there is a sauna available in Coconut Grove just a short distance away.
For the energetic types we provide the use of a fully equipped gym in Santi Thani just a few minutes away. As to the adventurous ones, we can arrange elephant trekking, horse riding, island tours, scuba diving, snorkeling as well as car and motorbike rental .

In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made. The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances. Cancellation during period of the holiday: The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management.
