Eden Rock Villa is a hideaway, stand alone villa complete with 1 plunge pool and a large infinity edge pool, internal and external waterfalls, wrap around 5m wide decking, 125m up on the side of a mountain facing east and overlooking Chaweng Beach.
The villa consists of two levels, with two bedrooms, spa pools and steam rooms, full kitchen, separated from the main pavilion with an outdoor BBQ. In this purpose built oasis, guests are able to walk through tropical gardens, swim under the waterfall in the natural rock pool or relax on the decks, enjoying the fantastic views while only 10 minutes from all the attractions that Koh Samui has to offer.
Built in Bali style out of solid teak with a thatched roof, the villa has a total floor area of over 600sqm. Throughout the property the artworks have been chosen for their consistency with the Asian theme; from genuine 7th century Thai Buddhas to contemporary batiks from some of Indonesia’s leading artists.
The upper level is a 340sqm living area with an 8 person bar, full kitchen and dining facilities, audio-visual centre and high speed internet connection. Wide decking wraps around the entire building.
The lower level hosts 2 large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite and a sunken bath where you can enjoy a long, private soak. On the same level a large lounge area sits next to the steam room and spa, overlooking the infinity edge pool and the world class views to bay of Chaweng.
Eden Rock also features an extensive private tropical garden, with waterfalls, natural rock swimming pools, quiet spaces and pathways.
Eden Rock Villa is an ideal getaway retreat for those conscious of their privacy as the property is fully gated so that no one can have a glimpse to the inside of the villa. A complete security system at the entrance and around the villa assures that no undesired person is let in. Finally the bedroom facilities are to impress more than one with each room featuring a computer with flat screen to either surf the internet (wireless keyboard), listen to music or watch television.

Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the owner * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
