Jasmin is an elegantly appointed split level 2 bedroom apartment which lies within the beautifully maintained tropical gardens of Maan Tawan - a beachfront housing estate located on Phuket's 7km white sandy stretch know as Bang Tao Bay. Located in one of the islands most sought after positions Jasmine is designed to suit couples and small families.
Once guests make their way through the solid timber door way they will immediately feel at ease in this spacious and well thought out apartment. The lower level uses the available space advantageously to allow an open plan living incorporating the fully equipped western kitchen, indoor dining for 6 as well as the lounge / living space which seamlessly connects with the covered outdoor decks, dining area and sun bathing platform. The internal living area also houses the main entertainment unit consisting of large LCD TV, comfy sofas and Marantz stereo system and DVD player.
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests the large master consists of a large walk in wardrobe area and en-suite bathroom complimented with flat screen plasma TV and DVD. The second bedroom has large bathroom adjacent and also comes with its own Plasma screen TV and DVD entertainment units.
Guest will be pleased to note that the apartments at Maan Tawan all face out onto the common area swimming pool and BBQ areas which are designed for basking in the sun or swimming a few laps to keep the heart rate up. The central BBQ area is both private and shaded for family get together at Christmas or just an afternoon BBQ.
The estate is secured by 24 hour guard services and to speak with PVH's concierge services is simply a phone call away. Bang Tao Beach contains a number of very well known local restaurants and quaint island bars to enjoy a couple of sundowners. Golf, Horse Riding, Kids clubs, Banks and cafes are all within easy walking distance or a short drive.

Phuket town is a mere 35 minutes drive and Cherngtalay and the Laguna Complex with its array of restaurants is 5 mins away. Patong beach, the main Night life area of Phuket is also 25 minutes drive to the south. Laguna Golf Club is within walking distance. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
