Overlooking the Andaman Sea and Koh Phangan, this spacious modern villa with private pool is the ideal location for a tropical holiday. Oleander Villa is situated in the lush green hills of the Santi Thani development commanding a spectacular views over the treetops to the Gulf of Siam and the islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.
The kitchen and dining room are conveniently located on the ground floor with sliding doors opening out onto the terrace, making poolside dining a tempting alternative to the many restaurants the island has to offer
On this ground level, the other side of the large entrance hall are 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom and the TV lounge.
Upstairs the spacious master suite with dressing area and ensuite bathroom has sliding doors leading to a large balcony that catch the first rays of the morning sun.
The upstairs living room is comfortably furnished and leads onto another large balcony – the perfect spot for relaxing with a book or listening to music.
A separate building houses the 4th double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a utility room with washing machine and covered parking area with walkway into the main house.

| Oleander Villa is located in Santi Thani in the Bang Por area, between Maenam and Nathon at the north of Koh Samui. Santi Thani is a private managed development set into coconut groves and cashew plantations with quiet roads and mature gardens. Santi Thani is conveniently situated with bang por beach and its many local beachside restaurants closeby. Local shops are dotted along the ringroad and the villa is within easy access of the fresh markets and supermarkets of Nathon. |
