  The beach front villa we rented for one week was perfect for our stay with 3 kids. Gary, the owner and his wife are great persons to meet and very helpful. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation!

  We stayed four nights at the resort and we liked it quite a lot - extraordinary location directly at the beach, quiet, clean, very friendly staff. Since breakfast was not included (what annoyed us somehow in the beginning), we went to the local shops and supermarkets for shopping, which turned out to be a good experience. We stayed in a wonderful two-bedroom bungalow at the beach, with a big living-room and terrace - a perfect place for a family stay. We would definitely like to come back.

  We have recently returned from a nine night stay at Seaview Paradise in a beach front villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The large veranda provided both shade and a sunbathing area and opened directly onto a lovely white sandy beach.
  Gary (the owner) ,Thip (his wife), Joe (their son) and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, yet respectful of our privacy. The hospitality we were shown was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.

  There were several beach bars/restaurants within walking distance and the town of Lamai was a twenty minute walk or a five minute taxi ride away.

  We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay at Seaview Paradise. This was our fifth trip to Koh Samui and we have stayed on various beaches around the island. We don't normally return to the same area/accommodation more than once but we will definitely be returning to Seaview Paradise!
