Hi Ian,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samui Blu. We love it there. I was so overdue for a holiday and as soon as we arrived we felt instantly relaxed and even 1 week after returning home I still feel like I'm on holidays.
Choeng Mon beach is definitely the area to stay. It is such a beautiful beach. It is so peaceful and serene but not too quiet that you feel like you are missing out on the action. Your restaurant recommendations of Orchid and Honey Seafood were fabulous!! We ate at Orchid 3 times in 5 days and wish we had more time to each at Honey Seafood again as it was amazing.
I think it was a definite must to hire a car or bike as even though the villa is within walking distance to the beach, it can get a bit hot and tiring walking back after a long day.
The only thing we would suggest would be an easier key system. As there were keys for all the different rooms, it became a little confusing as to which were the right keys to take with us when we went out.
We would highly recommend your villa to any of our friends if they were to go to Koh Samui and would stay there again if (and hopefully if) we come to Koh Samui again!!

Dear Ian,
I would just like to offer you some feedback from our stay in your villa.
From the moment we walked into the gate and up the stairs we all felt immediately relaxed. You and your wife have done an amazing job and we could not fault anything. Having the privacy of the villa and the pool to return to each day was absolute heaven.
All the staff, from the security guys on the gate to the gardener and the cleaning ladies were all very friendly.
Kate from Horizon was great, she met us at the airport on time and delivered us back on time. There were some issues with the washing machine and the air conditioning in the Lotus Room and Kate immediately arranged for these to be repaired. The washing machine was out of order for the duration of our stay because a part needed to be ordered, but this did not impact our holiday what so ever.
I apologise for the two glasses that were broken during our stay. One broke in the dish washer and one of the blue glasses was accidently knocked over. I will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the glasses.
If I could suggest just one thing, maybe you could provide acrylic wine glasses for your guests to use around the pool and in the sala.
I really cannot think of anything else that requires any improvement as you have created a villa that caters for everything and is very comfortable.
Thanks for your restaurant recommendations, we tried them all and returned for more. Over the two weeks we were there, we basically became regulars at the bars and eateries down on the beach, especially during happy hours and it was very hard to leave on our last night, especially the Honey Bar. The people are lovely.
Our stay at Samui Blu was an absolute pleasure and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we are all looking forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

Koh Samui is our favourite place in the world...we now live there. We have stayed at SAMUI BLU a number of times and loved the location to everything, the ambience, the peace and the beautiful standard of decor and presentation.
