Samujana 7 is a modern, four bedroom property with breathtaking views over the ocean. This villa has been designed to incorporate the natural world as much as possible. Large frangipani trees grow through decking and rock formations create a striking backdrop.
The open plan living spaces and fully equipped kitchen make this a perfect place to entertain. The large wooden dining table can seat 12 people. Expansive, pull-down blinds provide weather protection without blocking out the natural light.
Four double bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms have been incorporated into the bedrooms and feature raised bathtubs surrounded in black marble and raised stone washbasins. The master suite also features a recessed shower room. A dedicated AV room boasts a large plasma screen television and surround-sound audio system as well as built-in indulgent sofas.
The 14 metre black tiled infinity pool is set amidst wooden decking with synthetic rattan sunbeds and a BBQ right next to the pool. An ideal residence for groups of friends or families.

Payment The outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges will apply. Last minute bookings The whole amount of the Villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking if rental is to commence within 30 days. |
