Each house in The Gardens has its own private pool-side terrace, spacious living room with ceiling fan as well as air conditioning, dining area, guest WC and fully fitted western quality kitchen with oven. | Rates Include Cancellation Policy Specific Cancellation policy In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded. However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing. Once the final balance is received – 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses. Insurance The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities. It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage). | Rates Exclude * + 10% service charge + electric * Internet connection is available on request and will be charged at 150 baht a day and 1,500 a month. Payment Terms Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
