Most of the corner apartments in both buildings are the units of this type. They are built on the type of open-plan, with a kitchen and a large king-size bed. Up to 3 guests can be easily accomodated here.
At your service: bathroom with shower cabin, built-in wardrobe, kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet access and a parking space in the parking lot.
Unit plan:
Despite the fact that the apartments are built as a studio, it can be easily divided into three zones - bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is a view from the windows to the palm trees and surrounding mountains.
Bedroom:
Bedroom area has a large king-size bed, which situated opposite of table with flat TV screen.
Living area:
Most often living area has a dining and coffee table with chairs. Some units has the dining table is in the kitchen area, and on its place in the living room is a sofa.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, including fridge, stove, kettle, etc. Utensils and other necessary kitchen accessories allow you to cook like at home!

| Rates Include * Room cleaning service and bed linen changes only, every 2nd day, when booking for a short period (up to 1 month) or every 7th day, when booking for a long period (more than 7 days). * Guest towels are provided at the start of the holiday and changed as above. * Check In time (2 pm) to suit the guests arrival times. * Check Out time (12 am) to suit the guests departure times. * Hair driers, electric iron and ironing board (by request). * TV satellite service. * All electric and water costs (for daily rate only). * Baby Cot and High chair. * Sunbeds. * Motorbike and car rental help. Free use of the residents fitness room, 7 days a week for all guests over 14 years old. For the children under 14 – under parental supervision only. Cancellation Policy Low season: * Cancellation or modification submitted up to 7 days before date of arrival will not be charged. * Cancellation or modification submitted later or in case of no-show will incur first night charge.
