With some of the most stunning beach front views in Thailand, this luxury villa is perfect for a sundrenched Thailand island holiday getaway. Located directly on Pearl Beach (Hat Kai Mook) at Koh Chang, this area is famous for its palm lined coral white sandy beaches. The villa, constructed as a two storey dwelling with annexes and grounds are a study in luxury, epitomizes that Amazing Thailand Holiday experience.
Entrance to the property is via a secluded road directly off the main Koh Chang road. Ample parking is available at the front of the property, with detached car port located to the side. The Modern Asian design, both externally and internally really creates that overall concept that people visit Thailand for. The garden directly backs onto the beach, so imagine relaxing in your very own private swimming pool whilst gazing out over the deep blue abyss and yonder – there really isn’t anything that can match it!
A selection of sun loungers and a wooden deck floor surround the pool, and just a few steps away, a volleyball net is set up on the beach for your enjoyment.
There are four bedrooms within this Koh Chang villa, two of which are just off the main hallway, one upstairs and a detached bedroom next to the dining sala. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and peaceful atmospheres. Three of the double beds are four poster, which adds an air of class to the bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms in total one upstairs and one downstairs. They both have showers, toilets and wash basins.
The open-air Thai Sala is the ideal place for al fresco dining whilst watching the waves crashing home – it doesn’t get much better than this!
This cozy western style kitchen is home to a selection of modern appliances for your self-catering needs such as a refrigerator, stovetops and wash basins. There are lots of units and work tops perfect for food preparation and storage.

We can not accept any further liability other than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance. | Rates Exclude * Transfers * Chef * Baby Sitting Payment Terms Booking deposit A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
