This newly completed beach front development features two epic villas that are setting up a new benchmark for architecture and interior creations on the Samui island. This masterpiece uniquely sits on a dramatic sloping site with a series of giant granite boulders cascading into the sea.
The villas settle between these boulders, offering a refined sense of spaces that contrast with the rough textures of the natural surroundings. The dominant architecture feature of each villa is its iconic roof structures. Clad in cider shingles, the roofs rise and fall across the building, swooping up to provide dramatic lofty spaces over the main living areas then reducing to more intimate scale over the bedrooms.
A guest at the villa has the choice of relaxing in a range of public spaces, including a large living room, open kitchen, lounge sala or pool side terrace. These spaces flow seamlessly into each other, and from indoor to outdoor. They are luxuriously proportioned and offer expansive views to the ocean and dramatic open ceilings of up to 10 meters in height.
The villa is located conveniently in Lamai, with walking distance to many resorts, restaurants, shops, spas and the famous Hin Ta/Hin Yai tourist site. The villa is equipped with many water sports gears, including wind surf, kayaks, paddle boards, Powerdive snorkels, Bladefish water scudder and Seadoo jetski.

| Rates Include * Rates shown are for reduced occupancy of three (3) bedrooms; for full villa rate please review the season schedule * Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) * Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 to 10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, 7 nights for Easter) * Rates shown are for a maximum of ten (10) Guests (including children) or two (2) Guests per bedroom * Baby cot provided free of charge * Rates include daily Continental breakfast Cancellation Policy The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: 30 days or more before arrival date: * Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
