This is one of the only villas in a development with direct beachfront anywhere on the Phuket West coast, now available for holiday and long term rental. Refurbished in 2010 with light wood and black granite, this villa expresses indoor / outdoor tropical living. Situated a few steps away from the shared Baan Chai Nam oceanfront pool, this villa is ideal for family holidays, allowing children to play on the beach and in the pool whilst having access to the conveniences of your home. All come with a total area of 492.30 sq. m.
The three bedrooms are all en-suite with air conditioning. The Master bedroom is entered through stately double doors from the living area and has a walk in closet, his and hers vanity counter and direct access to the marbelite whirlpool spa bath and views over the decorative pond. The guest bedrooms are located separately from the main pavilion and are bordered by tropical landscaping, accessed from sliding doors. The guest bedrooms have mosquito screens allowing for natural breezes and ceiling fans during cool evenings.
There are four entertainment and relaxation areas. The main living area has four sliding doors allowing the pavilion to be opened up providing a luxury shaded area from which you can enjoy all that beachfront living has to offer. Comfortable sofas allow for digital entertainment including cable TV, DVD, CD and iPod sounds.
The open plan allows for casual dining around the wood and granite table seating eight from the kitchen that can be cleverly hidden using frosted glass and light wood sliding doors.
The central pavilion, adjacent to the spa bath has a round table seating six and the patio on the other side of the living room has casual seating for 4 next to the decorative ponds.
The main entertainment area is the private pond-side sala. This walled grass roofed pavilion is surrounded by tropical landscaping and two tier decorative ponds. Is has been furnished with a wood table seating eight, hewn from a single tree trunk, a wet bar and BBQ.

| Situated on the southern point of Bang Tao Beach, on the island's west coast, Ban Chai Naam is ideally located within easy reach of a multitude of sports facilities, including five golf courses, tennis and squash courts, scuba diving and yacht marinas. There's everything from casual dining to 5-star cuisine, literally within walking distance. Distance from Phuket International airport is a 20 to 30 minute drive. Patong Beach and Phuket town are about a 20 minute and 30 minute drive away respectively. |
