The home was recently 100% renovated to create the ultimate open space vacation setting on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD Player, beautiful white ceiling fans, and air conditioned rooms provide ultimate relaxation and comfort for all. Big balconies galore on the second floor allow clear views of the mountains and await your afternoon nap and the patio and deck next to the comforting fountain sounds on the first floor await your Family fun and easy reading moments.
Blue Terrace Villa has an English speaking manager, daily maid service, and gardening staff. Upon your request, one of the area's best chefs will prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner for you and it will be delivered to your door.
Wake up early in the morning and stroll for a few minutes down to beautiful Khao Kalok (Skull Mountain) Beach and look to your left and then to your right and say hello to your own beach as you will have it to yourself. Later in the day, you can still enjoy the secluded beach areas or partake in the excitement of jet skis and banana boats next to Khao Kalok Mountain or go for a bike ride along the beach south of Khao Kalok. National parks, a mangrove forest, vineyards, floating markets, and Hua Hin are all an easy drive away.

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
