The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room on the lower floor. The air-conditioned room is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, dresser and chest-of-drawers. It is equipped with a large wall-mounted LCD TV with satellite reception, DVD player and ceiling fans. The en-suite bathroom features double wash basin, shower and WC. Ample shelf space holds fresh towels and personal items of the guests.
An exterior stair case leads to the balcony and seperate entrances for the second and third bedroom. These are also furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, king-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, LCD TV with international satellite channels and DVD player. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with wash table, WC, large mirror and shelves for towels and personal items.
A fitted kitchentte in the living area is equipped with an array of modern appliances such as ceramic cooking field, exhaust hood, large refrigerator and dish washer. In the air-conditioned living room guests relax in comfortable arm chairs and sofa while watching international programs and movies on their home theater with large LCD screen, DVD and sound system. Laptop users find WiFi internet access throughout the house and a small computer desk in one corner of the living room. The villa is cleaned daily by a full-time house-keeper.
An comfortable lounge-suite and a dining table for eight guests are arranged on the roofed terrace which is cooled by ceiling fans. The home owner even provides two kayaks for his guests, who enjoy exploring the shore and a small coral reef in front of the villa or test their skills as fishermen in the tropical sea.
At the Coconut Laguna holiday facility there are altogether only 8 vacation villas. Two villas are built in the typical wooden Thai style, and the other six villas are built of brick. A swimming pool graces the middle of the resort, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year. The swimming pool, with its crystal clear water, also features a separate pool for children, a whirlpool, and a sea-view that postcards are made from.
The beach of Bang Por is 3.5kms long, luring the visitor, and holiday renter, to take a stroll and explore the beaches. This sandy beach is unique on Koh Samui, and is also not crowded with many beachcombers and wandering tourists or beach-vendors. You will find, however, some of the island's best Thai restaurants within walking distance.
At night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table.
