This fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment in an award-winning residential development. The 226 sq.m living area includes a large balcony overlooking the shared infinity pool and Kata Bay. The unit is furnished throughout in modern Thai contemporary style, and includes fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker and a separate storage room with washer and dryer.
A full set of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware is provided, together with fine quality linen sheets, bedding, bathroom and beach towels. The open-plan living/dining room features dining table with seating for six, large L-shaped sofa, 47" LCD TV with home theatre system and satellite channels. There is also wireless broadband access and balcony furniture includes a double sun lounger and a dining table with seating for six.

| Everything within walking distance! Kata and Kata Noi beach are very pleasant bays of Kata Village, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores. There are also plenty of dive shops and tour operators to assist those looking to explore beyond the beach. |
