This fully furnished two bedroom - two bathroom apartment is part of an award winning residential development.
The 226 sq metre living area includes a large terrace with spectacular views of the Andaman Ocean. The unit is tastefully decorated in a modern contemporary style, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with ''hob and oven'', washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. A full set of China crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glass wares is provided, together with fine quality linen sheets, bedding and bathroom and beach towels.
The open plan living area, features a large L shaped sofa, and large slim 55 inch Home Cinema including DVD player, music system and satellite channels. There is also wireless broadband, which is accessible from all areas of the apartment..
The main terrace's features include a large 6 seater dining table and also a Swing/Basket chair for those lazy afternoons, there are also 2 sun loungers and a small coffee table.
