This two storey villa has an area of 470 sq. m. and goes together with a patio and deck area of 174 sq. m. and a swimming pool of 24 sq. m. With an idea of giving privacy in the living area, a spacious separate kitchen and a guest bathroom have been set towards the front of the house. On the other hand, the living and dining areas have been put together to provide wide views of the swimming pool, and sala through floor-to-ceiling windows. A long daybed is also placed by the large window, giving you an alternative to the members or party.
To enhance your lifestyle, the swimming pool and sala have been created to be accessed either from the living area or the car park. Sunbathing on the sun loungers by the pool in the cozy sala will complete your perfect vacation.
Setting you apart from all activities, the three bedrooms have been laid on the second floor. The first and second bedrooms come with private decks and a shared bathroom with shower. At the other end of the hallway, lies the third bedroom. This master bedroom has one en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and its own spacious dressing area.
