Oasis Villa is a holiday villa for rent in Samui Beach Village. It is located on a private, coconut tree lined avenue with a beautiful array of tropical plants that are generally in colour all year round. It is a 4 bedroomed, 2-storey luxury beach side villa that blends traditional Thai architecture with modern living. It will sleep up 8 adults plus 4 children. Its 2-storey main building and its adjacent separate guest villa are stunningly furnished and equipped with every day modern conveniences. It is perfect for Family Holidays in Koh Samui Thailand.
The villa has been designed to provide tropical indoor and outdoor living spaces in a peaceful and luxurious setting for your ideal tropical island vacation experience. The white sand of Nahai Beach is only a short stroll down the private tree lined avenue.
Set in its own private tropical garden area it has a flush edged swimming pool with a swimming lane, adjacent children's pool and a pool bar. There are seperate sandstone pool terrace areas with sun loungers and a pool "bucket" shower for rinsing and cooling off after swimming or sunbathing.
Oasis villa is open plan in the main ground floor area and is air conditioned throughout. There are also indoor and outdoor ceiling fans for additional comfort. The large sliding windows and doors open to maximize natural cooling. The outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and sandstone terraces. It is shaded by its own roof, is open to cooling gentle sea breezes and has a seperate fan if the need arises. There are tables and chairs to seat up to ten adults. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area there is a thatched roofed, sunken pool bar. It has a couple of bar seats in the shallow end of the pool and is an ideal location to relax with your sundowner cocktail after a meal.
The indoor dining area comfortably seats eight. It is adjacent to the kitchen and large sliding pool terrace doors can be opened up to combine the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The lounge and home theatre/music area has a flat screen TV and music surround system. It offers a relaxing space to take in a film or simply chill out with music after your meal.
The fully fitted western style kitchen has a breakfast bar and comes complete with all modern equipment and appliances. There is a further lounge area with two leather settees and a TV. It is immediately adjacent to the kitchen area and it is ideal for children to chill out.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture. There is also a desk and chair set in an alcove which is an ideal location for browsing the internet. Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor. It also has a king size double bed, walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture. There is a further single bed and pull out single bed/mattress in the bedroom.
Bedroom 3 is set in its own "guest suite" building, with direct access to sunbathing terrace and pool. It has a queen size double bed, seating area, kitchenette and its own ensuite shower room/wc. A spiral staircase leads to bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 is on the first floor above bedroom 3. It has two single bunk beds and two further single beds and is suitable for up to four children. It also has storage shelving and provides an ideal play area for children.

| Oasis Villa is situated in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped Southeastern coast, the estate has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, yet you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise. |
