These beautiful and spacious two-bedroom apartments are available on any of the 3 floors of this resort-style residential complex. Situated in one of the quietest and most beautiful areas in Phuket, Layan, these contemporary apartments are a perfect getaway for a family of 4 or a couple who seek privacy and wish to maintain an urban lifestyle at the same time.
The apartments come with complete facilities; large open-plan living and kitchen area which has hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, some with washing machine, etc., two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one of which is en-suite) and spacious covered balcony, all covering 117 sq. m.
The living area comes with a 3-seater sofa and one additional armchair. The apartment comes with full entertainment system like satellite TV, CD and DVD players to jazz up your day.
Designed in shades of white, a spacious veranda overlooks the spring-fed lake, swimming pool and set against a backdrop of mountain, give a real tropical flavor. This is also an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation in a late afternoon where a day-bed for two and and outdoor dining table for 6 provide for alfresco entertaining. You can access both the master bedroom and living area from the terrace.
A variety of activities can also be found near the development. One of Phuket's pristine beaches, Layan Beach, is just 3 minutes' drive away while the 18-hole Banyan Tree Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. In addition, various shops and restaurants, ranging from horse riding club to Jewelry shop, are around the corner in Cherng Talay.
