    Hi Tracey,

    Journey back was fine, thank you.

    Location: not sure why it's not 9, perhaps fractionally too secluded? I'm being harsh!

    
Staff: 'Cow' was lovely but her colleague could have been much more proactive, didn't seem to be fully up to speed with guest requirements.

    
Dining*: in-house - very poor and disappointing given previous trips to Phuket and Samui) (6/7 - nearby - but we did NOT get to try the good restaurants due to kids etc.)

    Unfortunately the lack of service and in-house food sort of spoiled a fab holiday. That is not to say that ALL meals were poor, because they were not but breakfast was very disjointed, no table set, nothing prepared, bacon 'nuked' - requests for coffee/tea. Just seemed as though a bit of training would have benefited. Many of the Thai dishes were just not up to scratch, sorry!
