The Grand Condo on which the bungalow is situated, is on the Jomtien beach. Walk out of the beach entrance directly on to the Jomtien beach. Although water sports are not allowed on the beach directly outside our complex, a few minutes walk to the left hand and there are paragliding, banana-boat, windsurf, water ski,sailing, ballooning, and speedboats. So you can choose what type of holiday you want.

Pattaya Park water world is a short stroll down the beach on the right hand side.If you need to sight seeing for 1 or 2 days. Car rent service just opposite main entrance. The price for the car 4 seet start from 1,200 baht a day.
