Total apartment area of 114 square meters.
Located on a ground floor, this apartment offers direct access to the swimming pool through the private terrace. The master suite is set towards the front and features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted LCD TV and a DVD player, while the second bedroom is placed adjacent to the living and dining area and comes with a queen-size bed.
