It is a beautiful split-level three-bedroom villa with en suite bathrooms and a private infinity pool. The Villa has stunning panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Set on a slope of lush green vegetation and bordered by protected Forestry Park land and the Thai Royal Family, the villa is just minutes away from a superb golf course and natural beaches. It is ideally situated on a resort about 15 mins drive from Hua Hin, 15 mins from Pak Nam Pran and 15 mins from Pranburi. This means you can choose between the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin or the quieter natural beaches and local restaurants of Pak Nam Pran.
There is 24 hr security and in addition to your private pool there is a very large communal pool which is also available for your use. The villa has an open feel with large glass windows and doors so you can enjoy the gentle sea breezes. The owners' Toyota Fortuner 7 seat SUV with full Thai mapping is available for rental.

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
