The generous living area hosts an indoor kitchen, a dining area and a spacious lounge complete with entertainment system. The second floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, plenty of storage space and a shared bathroom.
Both bedrooms have double doors that open out so that you can enjoy the glorious views over the palm trees to sea and beyond.
The separate, master bedroom has double doors that open out directly to the pool, has its own glamorous ensuite bathroom plus out door bath, plenty of storage and delightful furnishings.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa, a laundry area plus storage room. The pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental, as well as maid service twice a week.
The villa is set in its own walled gardens, in a small yet established development and is ideally located, not only for the local amenities but for those larger shopping areas, such as the town of Chaweng.
A number of large supermarkets eg Tescp, Big C and Makro, are approximately 10 minutes away by car.
We would recommend that you hire a vehicle for convenience; this can also be easily arranged by the villa management service.

The villa is located in Bophut on the north of the island, set back from the road, yet it is still close enough to walk to the beach and to the local nightlife of the bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is within the walking distance to the famous Fishermans village where traditional cosy style with a calm beach and a great view over Koh Pha-Ngan will absolutely guarantee you an astonishing site to see and the possibility to relax and take in the zen like atmosphere. |

| Rates Include * The rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax * Airport pick up and drop off * Thai SIM card * Fresh seasonal fruits and flowers on arrival * Introduction to the villa by our management staff * All Bath and Pool towels are provided. * Cleaning and linen changes every 3 days * One baby cot provided free of charge (under 4 y.o.) * Self- Catering Property. * Garden staff will attend to the garden and pool maintenance. * Our Management Staff are available for your convenience Cancellation Policy The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: * 60 days or more before arrival date: Cancellation charges of 5% from the total rental payments. * 30 days or more before arrival date: Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. * Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. * Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
