  Regarding my personal feedback:
   
  1. Price includes a 3% credit card tax that is not clearly viewable/explained until you get issued the invoice.
  2. Price includes a 10% service charge that is not clearly viewable/explained until you get issued the invoice.
  3. We had several power outage during our stay (some lasted over 3h).
  4. Air conditioning in the room was poorly located and blowing straight in the face.
  5. The cleaners only came 2 times during the 10 days (and the second time was becasue we grabbed them) not sure if it's policy or not but was a bit disapointing.
  6. No shower product in the bathroom.
  7. A lack of furnitures/features to fill the place and give it that "home" feeling (got better in the end, furniture were magically appearing!)
  8. Sound system wasn't connected and not working (the speakers were mounted on the walls but not connected to the TV system).
   
  I would say satisfied at the beginning but we were ready to leave after 5 days because of all those points.

  Thank you for your feedback regarding Rock water apartment.

  We do really appreciate your comment about the apartment as Rock water is a new development and we just started renting the apartments over a month ago.

  Unfortunately due to floods on the main land the furniture package was delayed a lot therefore we had to locate it one by one from the local stores but every apartment now are fully equipped and set up by now. Our maintenance team has checked all electrical items you described in your feedback as well and its all working properly now.

  The power cuts are very common in Koh Samui unfortunately, especially when its raining but it never last longer then a few hours.

  The maid service should be twice a week and our staff stays on-site in case you need them.

  The 10% service charge and 3% charge for credit card payment is noted on our listing under Terms and Conditions.
