Situated in the serene area of Royal Phuket Marina, this prestige 3-bedroom apartment is on an ample 236 sq. m. plot with large open terraces and expansive living areas, reflecting the modern-Asian design of the site. A direct access to the communal swimming pool and pool deck offer a lot of furnished resting area among a lush landscaped garden which you will find yourself in the shade at the terrace even under a hot midday sun.
All bedrooms have king-sized beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with one of which comes with a bathtub. Beautiful hardwood furniture, custom interior design by the owner and fully and high quality fitted kitchen with European standard appliances such as hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and etc. Each room has its own balcony and flows seamlessly to the extensive pool deck. A satellite TV, CD/DVD player and shared Internet connection are also made available with an exception of the Internet access only being able to be used at the terrace area.
The facilities include a wide range of international restaurants for your great dining experience such as, Les Anges, Mom Tri's "Regatta", an on-site spa, tour operators, diving shops and communal swimming pool overlooking the marina. Located just 5 minutes away from British International School, 10-minute drive from Phuket City and major shopping complexes like Tesco Lotus, Big C and Central Festival Phuket.
