Samujana Villa 3 is a recently constructed contemporary tropical villa of minimalist design, situated within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. Set on a hillside in Choeng Mon, the villa enjoys spectacular sea views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui and the nearby island of Koh Matlang. All rooms open onto decks that overlook the spectacular sea views and surrounding nature.
The central feature of the property is the large, stone-tiled swimming pool with expansive wooden decking, furnished with sun-loungers. A sunken bench at one end of the pool offers the perfect location for soaking up the views over the long infinity edge that appears to fuse with the sea.
The main living area set by the pool is an open-sided pavilion, designed for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. This spacious open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and includes comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A fully equipped AV room contains a plasma screen television and surround sound system.
It has four en-suite bedrooms which are all self contained. The bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and sumptuous king sized beds, as well as day beds. They are also surrounded by private terraces. Each bathroom features a generous sized bathtub and walk in shower as well as an outdoor showering area.
This tastefully appointed villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters, and a BBQ area. Just 10 minutes from the charming Koh Samui International airport, and minutes away from excellent beaches, lively shopping areas and night spots, Samujana Villa 3 is an idyllic hideaway for a tropical holiday in absolute luxury and comfort. Broadband WiFi satellite internet service is provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges will apply. Last minute bookings The whole amount of the Villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking if rental is to commence within 30 days. |
