Villa 28 locate on a private oceanfront land plot on the secure well managed The Cape Resodent on the east coast of Phuket Island. The Cape Resident is one of the most luxurious estate in Phuket built in 2009. The architectural work was made by the famous Gathy and Starck. The villa was built with a 1,334 sq.m. usable space. All bedroom heading toward private swimming pool and beach, each has private big balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment as well as dish washing machine.
Private swimming pool is locate right on the grass lawn which is steps away from the sea. It has the total privacy since the U-shaped villa block view from the neighbour next door as well as beach is secluded.
Bedroom configuration has 3 double bed and two twin beds, each is ensuite.
Dining area is at the main hall seating 8 persons overlooking at the calm Andaman Seas.
Car park is available for two.
