The unique tranquil Mountain setting gives a special feel to this very private and comfortable villa from where one is able to relax away from the hustle bustle of the main tourist areas of Koh Samui. While being close enough to participate in any activity or pursuit, one can easily just get away from it all at any time.
Upper Mountain Garden Villa is economically priced and is set a little higher on the mountain; still very accessible and enjoys some ocean views.
The villa incorporates all key Seaview Paradise design thrusts with huge natural boulders as an integral part of rooms, large open air covered decks, modern fully equipped kitchens, and a spacious 70 square meters of living space. The large open air covered deck has an outdoor dining area and lounge chairs to take advantage of and enhance the prevalent positive feelings.

| The 11 individually designed Seaview Paradise Mountain Villas are all perched on a large private estate above beautiful Lamai Bay. A steep curving driveway leads up from the office to two open air garages. From there secluded and pristine walkways pass through huge granite boulders, coconut trees, and landscaped terraces to the individual Villas and to the estates infinity edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
