Sai Taan Villa 19 is a three bedroom luxury villa. This Thai style villa is situated in one of the most convenient locations nearby the 5 star Laguna Phuket resort complex, home of The Banyan Tree Hotel & Spa and numerous superb restaurants and shops at Bang Tao Beach and Cherng Talay.
The home is entered through grand carved wooden doors. The villa is contemporary Thai style with many select pieces of art and handicraft.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a utility area and maids room.
The dining area overlooks the pool and is suitable for a party of 8. The living room has a full entertainment system and LCD TV, windows are large and the sliding doors open to the pool. The living area is comprised of outdoor patio, sala giving shade and a 5 X 12 meter infinity edge swimming pool for relaxing and casual entertaining.
The master bedroom with large sliding door leads to the pool decorated with a sense of fine aesthetic planning. The guest bedroom number one has a king-size bed, has its own bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Both master bedroom and bedroom number one have also an out-door bathroom. The guest bedroom number two has 2 single beds that can be converted into an extra king-size bed, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
You can enjoy the quiet seclusion in this development with 24 hr security and a reception office should assistance be required.
