Villa Rome is a veritable paradise located in such a place where the abode is just 2km from the beach and a five minute drive from some of the best eateries Pattaya has to offer. Relax within the ultimate privacy this modern Asian styled home provides. With a location to die for and an interior design that oozes elegance, this three bedroom villa is the place to be. Conveniently situated between Pattaya Central Road and Pattaya North Road, you can easily access everything Pattaya has to offer within a 5minute drive. This quaint gated community is situated on a peaceful side-street that enjoys high walls and infa red gated access, shared with only 5 other villas.
Once inside, you will revel in the picturesque and luscious tropical garden and swimming pool, tastefully decorated with Asiatic ornaments and surrounded by beautiful broad leafed plants and aesthetically pleasing fanned banana trees. The garden was immaculately designed to complement the all-round Modern Asian design concept of the property. The adjoining terrace area is situated directly between the pool and the main living areas of the house. Here you will find a table and four chairs, allowing you that option of al fresco dining or simply a place to have an evening tipple whilst basking in the glorious surroundings.

| Pattaya has several big shopping centers in a central location. The closest is about 2km away. Of course there are also a lot of street shops where ever you go. Around Pattaya there are more than 30 golf courses many are world class and visited by many tourists. Between Majestic Residence, our area, and Jomtien beach you have the Pattaya Park. This is a recreational area with amusement park, Pattaya's highest building with a revolving restaurant providing 360 degree views, and a water park with slides, a paradise for children (..and adults). From the west side you have easy access to Jomtien beach. Jomtien beach is more than a mile long and is always crowded with people. Here are a lot of activities like banana boat riding, para gliding, sailing, water skiing, paddle boats, jetski and all you can think of. On the promenade you will find a lot of restaurants if you don't want to eat on the beach. If you like more privacy Majestic's private beach is recommended. Here are no salesmen allowed which can be pretty annoying on the big beach. To the north you have Pattaya city and by 20 min walk you end up in the middle of entertainment area on Walking Street, with restaurants, bars, discos and street shops. If you don't want to walk you can take a taxi which is about 100-120 baht. Pattaya as a city has exceptional shopping and entertainment also big market places for fish, vegetables and things to buy. Here you can make a bargain if you can haggle.
