This holiday rental home is centrally located in Ma Nik area which is just 10 minutes by car from Bang Tao beach and Laguna Phuket, 20 minutes from the Phuket International airport and yet close to numerous attractions, perfect for families wishing to avoid crowded hotels.
The 428 sq/m home on 640 square meters of land has 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms with showers, spacious living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a 4 x 12.5 meter private swimming pool and comprehensive garden.
Enter your private hideaway through the Thai antique wooden door. You will find a lovely garden and wooden paths leading you to a poolside deck and outdoor covered living area that overlook the swimming pool at front.
On the left-hand side, sliding glass doors open onto the large living and dining open plan that have a TV, DVD/ VCD player, 5-seater sofa, dining table for 6 and complete European style kitchen.
Walk out your living area to the detached guest bedroom 2 and 3 with en-suite bathrooms. Both come with queen-size beds. The second bedroom can be entered either through the third bedroom or through its own entrance, and is perfect for grandparents, a nanny, friends or families with more than two children. Opposite, the spacious master bedroom is a king-sized suite containing a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and it opens up onto the swimming pool and backyard.
